Jennifer Ale-Ebrahim, BSBA, BSSTL
Administrator

Jennifer has been with OSMC since 1991. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration as well as Strategic Leadership from Southwestern College. She is Past President of Midwest AAOE and serves as the Communications Chair for AAOE. In addition, she is working towards a Master’s Degree in Business Administration, candidate for AMCPE with MGMA, member of NAPW-National Association for Professional Women since 2009 and was Woman of the Year for 2010/2011. Serve on the Greater Wichita Area Sports Commission. Jennifer enjoys her time with her family!

Sandra Umana, BSBA
Operations Manager

Sandra has been with OSMC since 2005. She holds a Bachelor’s of Business Administration from Wichita State University and has been a member of the Midwest American Association of Orthopaedic Executives since 2008. Currently, Sandra is working on her Master’s Degree in Business Administration. As the Operations Manager she oversees many aspects of the day to day functions of the office. When she’s not working she enjoys spending time with her family and the outdoors.
